This is a pretty vintage Victor Costa dress in a red and white abstract tropical print. The collar is made of micro pleated ruffles that are also seen on the cuffs of the sleeves. The waist is a fixed measurement and we love the gathered, full skirt and the fabric sash that ties in the back. The pleated, gathered shoulders are structured with shoulder pads and there is a metal zipper down the center back opening with a hook and eye for closure. 

This dress is fully lined and was made in the USA in the 1970's of 100% Polyester. Labeled size 10, but that is a vintage size, so we estimate this would best fit a modern day US size 6.

CONDITION: Overall Excellent condition with some small, faint spots found on the sleeve.
